Money-back guarantee

If you are for any reason not fully satisfied there will be no hard feelings. You can return the item to us within 30 days and we will provide a full refund. Please make sure the products are in their original condition as you have received them. We will not be able to pay for the return delivery. Make sure to get Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us (and keep hold of it in case the delivery goes missing).

If products have not been picked up at service point 

Some of the parcels we send out are being delivered to a Servicepoint, which need to be picked up by you as the customer at the service point specified by the carrier (DHL/UPS). The carrier will send you notifications to the E-Mail you used during the checkout once the parcel is ready for pick-up and reminds you twice within a time period of 14 days. If the parcel has not been picked up within this time period, it will be sent back to Skosh's warehouse.  

We advise you as our customer to frequently check your e-mail inboxes (including the Spam folder) for the pick-up instructions by the carrier. Please note that we are only able to re-send your parcel ones to the address you provided us, however, we won't be able to offer a refund in case you are not able to pick-up the parcel within time.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong products

If you receive your Skosh order and the products are damaged or faulty, we will of course exchange the items or offer you a refund. 

Please keep the packing materials and the damaged items, so we can see what gone wrong. We may ask you to send us a picture of the faulty items or return the items. In the latter case, we will pay for your return delivery.

Products that haven't been used

You can return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery according to your right of withdrawal. If you'd like to do so, please contact our Customer Service team at hej@skosh.se and we'll let you know what to do. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Skosh AB, Anckargripsgatan 3, 21119 Malmö, Sweden, hej@skosh.se, phone:+46 73 479 49 02) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this agreement. You may use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory. 

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs to ship the products to you (excluding the costs of returning the item), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods that are not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
